Given that ICDC had made minimal fundraising efforts, this financial support through donations is a testament to the growing community interest. These initiatives, along with building meaningful relationships with industry professionals, have significantly altered ICDC's trajectory.
Additionally, our social media presence, averaging 11,000 views per month, and the launch of a long-term editorial strategy through our monthly newsletter-whose readership has increased by 60%-have significantly enhanced brand awareness. Furthermore, updates to our website and logo have improved public perception and expanded our demographic reach, contributing to a 120% increase in ticket sales transforming events from under-attended to sold-out.
